How to Use an Inversion Table Safely
A practical starter routine: angles, session length, ankle lock checks, and when to stop and talk to a clinician.
Before your first session, lock the ankle system firmly, set the height pin correctly, and practice returning upright using the handles. Never free-fall into full inversion on day one.
Start at a shallow angle for 1–2 minutes. Breathe normally. If you feel pressure behind the eyes, dizziness, or sharp pain, return upright slowly and stop.
People with certain medical conditions should get clearance from a clinician first. When in doubt, err on the side of caution — the table will still be there tomorrow.
